3. General principles
We collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website, to handle your enquiries, or to fulfil legal obligations.
Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) consent, (b) contract and pre-contractual measures, (c) legal obligation, and (f) legitimate interest of the GDPR.
We delete data once the purpose has lapsed, subject to statutory retention periods.
4. Server log files
When you visit the site we process technical log data: anonymised IP address, date and time, requested page, user agent, referrer.
Retention: 14 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and stability of our service).
5. Cookies and tracking
We set strictly necessary cookies only. There is no tracking, no web analytics, and no embedding of third-party advertising networks.
6. Demo request
If you submit the demo form we process: name, business email, role, company name, headcount, industry, selected use cases, deployment preference, time horizon, and your free-text notes.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and (a) (consent). Retention: until processing is complete; at the latest 12 months after last contact if no business relationship is established.
Recipients: only authorised employees of Evidority GmbH and the SMTP mail provider we operate within the EU.
7. Whitepaper request
For the whitepaper form we process only name, business email, company name and role — solely to deliver the requested document. Retention and legal basis as in section 6.
8. Email correspondence
When you contact us by email we process your content and metadata. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: until correspondence is complete, at most 24 months.
9. Hosting
Our website is hosted in the EU region. A data-processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

You have the right at any time to:
